The Trust arranges Educational Seminars for Health Workers and Doctors at the interval of every two months in a year. All the Educational Seminars are headed by Dr. Prakash Kurmi and the cost of the same is born by the trust.
The Trust arranges for free treatment of Patients suffering from Diabetes and Heart Problems on Every 2nd and 4th Saturday every month regularly in the morning between 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at its Hospital Clinic situated at C/4, Satyanarayan Society, Gor’s Kuva, Maninagar, Ahmedabad. Around 30 patients take the benefit of the same every week and the cost of the same is around Rs. 1,000/- to Rs. 1,200/- per person. The Trust does not charge even single penny from the patients for the same.
There are approx 200 Volunteers who work for the noble tasks of the trust. They spread awareness amongst people for Tobbaco Free Environment, Basic Health Care and General Awareness. They visit various Government Colleges, Medical Colleges and Medical Hospitals for the same. They also participate in various Health Check up Camps organized by the trust.
The Trust does Regular Treatment of Patients at Clinic and the cost of the medicines for treatment is approx Rs. 80 to Rs. 100 but the trust charges only nominal charge of Rs. 5 to Rs 10 from the patients. The benefit of the same is taken by approx 30 to 40 patients on daily basis.

The Trust donates Notebooks, Books and other relevant Stationery Items in Government School twice in a year i.e. after completion of Diwali vacation and after completion of Summer Vacation.
To Control the expenses and expansion of Diabetes related problems in rural areas, the trust has started special project to educate one person from each village of Gujarat State for early control, detection and treatment of diabetes, cardiac problem and related disease and thereby to improve the social deficit in society.
